The director of the Association invited me to join the group. I met her when my house flooded about two years ago, and since then, they've helped me with things like when my children need sneakers or clothes. I've had a good experience because the association allows me to give and support more than receive. I really enjoy participating because we help so many people. I fondly remember "Don Perfe," a 90-year-old man who lived on the edge of the dam that overflowed in 2017. His house collapsed, and Casa Berakah helped him rebuild it.

I've met Casa Berakah (Marcela and her team) and in a short time, I've realized that the association is coherent and honest; its director is very hardworking and always on the go; its team is committed to being there for those who truly need it most, visiting homes and communities, seeking support, welcoming people all the time, etc.
